The Stirling College of Digital Education at Hebei Normal University is established in direct response to the national strategy of "Artificial Intelligence + Education." The College operates at the intersection of intelligent science, mathematics, and education, promoting interdisciplinary integration across these three core fields. Our educational mission is to cultivate high-calibre professionals who possess both a deep commitment to their country and a broad international perspective, who combine scientific inquiry with humanistic reflection, and who demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills and autonomous learning capabilities. Students are equipped with cutting-edge knowledge in artificial intelligence and education, preparing them for specialised and leadership roles in data science, artificial intelligence, and digital education. Graduates emerge as globally oriented, multi-disciplinary talents ready to contribute to the evolving landscape of education and technology。

The College offers three undergraduate majors: Intelligent Science and Technology, Data Computing and Applications, and Educational Technology. These four-year majors adopt a "4+0" delivery model, with the entire four years of study conducted at the Hongqi Campus of Hebei Normal University. Please note that students admitted to majors within this College are not permitted to transfer to other majors outside the College. Upon satisfying the graduation and degree award requirements of both universities within the prescribed period of study, students will be awarded the Undergraduate Graduation Certificate and Bachelor's Degree Certificate from Hebei Normal University, along with the Bachelor's Degree from the University of Stirling.

The College offers three undergraduate majors: Intelligent Science and Technology, Data Computing and Applications, and Educational Technology. For the 2026 intake, recruitment will be open for two majors: Intelligent Science and Technology (85 places for Hebei-based applicants, 15 places for applicants from other provinces) and Data Computing and Applications (85 places for Hebei-based applicants, 15 places for applicants from other provinces). All places are restricted to candidates in the Physics group of the National College Entrance Examination.
