In accordance with the provisions of the Notice on Further Strengthening and Standardising the Administration of Education Fees (Hebei Education Finance [2021] No. 17) issued by five departments including the Hebei Provincial Department of Education, and the Notice on Standardising the Pricing Behaviour of Self-determined Pricing Items for Public Universities (Hebei Development and Reform Public Price [2022] No. 210) issued by the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Hebei Provincial Department of Finance and Hebei Provincial Department of Education, and following consultation with internal and external stakeholders and consideration of the University's operational costs, the University has decided that the following tuition fee standards will apply to Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions and programmes from the 2026 academic year (for the 2026 intake of new students).

Tuition fee standard: RMB 48,000 per student per academic year
